369 Journal
The 369 method is a manifestation habit: you write one short line 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times at night, usually for 33 or 45 days. This journal counts every line, keeps your streak and puts the three reminders in your phone calendar, and it is honest that the proven part is the habit of writing a goal down, not magic.

How it works
Three times, six times, nine times
1. Pick one line
Keep it short and in the present tense, as if it is already true. One line, the same every day. Change it and the repetition starts over in spirit, even if the counter does not.
2. Write it out
3 times in the morning, 6 in the afternoon, 9 at night. The journal only counts a line when it matches the one you picked, so you are writing it, not tapping a button. Paper works just as well. Many people write on paper and use this page as the counter.
3. Keep the streak
A day turns copper when all three sessions are done. Your streak is the run of full days up to today. The journey runs 33 or 45 days, the two lengths most versions of the method use.
4. Let your phone remind you
Add to my calendar downloads one small calendar file with three daily reminders for the length of your journey. Open it and your phone adds them. Change the times first if 8 am, 2 pm and 9 pm do not suit you.

Questions
369 method FAQ
What is the 369 method?
It is a manifestation habit that spread on social media: pick one short line about what you want, write it 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times at night, and repeat every day for a set number of days.
How long do you do the 369 method?
Most versions say 33 or 45 days. Neither number comes from research. Pick one, keep the same line, and do not skip days if you want a clean streak.
What should I write?
One short line in the present tense, as if it is already true, such as "I am calm and focused at work". Keep it the same every time so the repetition does its job.
Does the 369 method work?
No study shows that writing a line 3, 6 and 9 times makes it come true. What research does support is smaller: writing a goal down with a clear when and where makes people more likely to act on it, and doing something at the same times each day helps it become a habit.
Did Nikola Tesla create the 369 method?
No. Nothing in his writing, letters or interviews describes it, and the quote about 3, 6 and 9 being the key to the universe has no known source. The method appeared online long after his death.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your line and your progress are saved only in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to a server, and a share link or share image shows your progress, never your line.
